Comparison between some hormonal and metabolic profiles in follicular fluid and serum of Iraqi camels (Camelus dromedaries) in breeding season

The present study was designed to investigate some hormonal and metabolites profiles of follicular fluid (FF) blood sera (BS) Iraqi camels during breeding season. 120 Ovaries were gathered from 60 adults (non-pregnant) dromedary that slaughtered in the butchery Al-Najaf governorate for period October 2020 march 2021 (the season). Ovarian venous samples collected before slaughter taken laboratory within two hours. separated FF aspirated all follicles size, both stored at −20°C farther analyzed include metabolite components. obtained results exhibited a significant increased (p<0.05) average level estradiol progesterone hormones large (LF) compared with medium (MF) small (SF) , while BS higher than FF, conversely, hormone significantly lower FF. A concentration glucose total cholesterol MF SF, protein SF LF. glucose, In conclusion contains metabolic components whose levels vary change size. This is reflected on nutrition, growth development follicle oocyte, low high these component's related their vice versa. Therefore, can be modified thus affect improvement quality oocyte.
